Club Dress Code
The aim of the dress code is to operate a policy which enables everyone concerned to play golf and enjoy their time in the clubhouse, respect the views of fellow members and guests and respect the standards expected in such a club.
The dress code also aims to recognise the changes in dress fashion, and be compatible with the rules of golf
Golf Course Dress Code
o Smart casual attire which is widely accepted golf attire
o Tailored shorts with matching long socks or predominately white short socks o Shirts to have collar/Roll Neck, sleeves, and to be tucked into trousers
o Golf Shoes
The following attire is not allowed on the Course
o Trousers tucked into socks
o Jeans
o Common exclusions detailed below
Clubhouse / Patio Dress Code
o Smart casual attire
o Tailored Shorts with socks
o Shirts to have collar/Roll Neck, sleeves, and to be tucked into trousers
o Players may wear the same clothes that they have played in providing they are not wet
through rain and/or perspiration or soiled in any way
o Jeans
The following attire is not allowed in the Club House or on the Patio
o Common exclusions detailed below
o No hats, caps, topcoats, waterproof clothing or any ripped, wet or soiled clothing, golf
shoes or golf equipment is acceptable with the clubhouse
The following Common Exclusions are not allowed on the Course, Patio or in the Clubhouse
o Cargo Trousers/Shorts
o Other Denim and Camouflage attire
o Trousers worn in such a way that under garments are visible o Shorts that are not tailored
o Shorts without socks
o T-Shirts, Football Shirts, Sun Tops, beach wear
o Sleeveless and/or collarless Shirts
o Track or Shell Suits
o Hooded Tops.
o Trainers and "Flip Flops"
o Sandals without predominately white sports socks
